      \"\"<\/td>\nAlfred Kow<\/strong> is the Assistant Dean (Education) of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at National University of Singapore. He is also a Senior Consultant at the National University Center for Organ Transplantation, National University Health System Singapore. He is also a Senior Consultant at the Department of Surgery at the National University Hospital, and a Senior Consultant at the Division of Surgical Oncology at the National University Cancer Institute (NCIS) Singapore.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      \"\"<\/td>\nPrashant Bhangui<\/strong> MBBS, MS, Masters in HPB Surgery (Henri Bismuth Institute, France), is the Associate Director, Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant Surgeon at Medanta Institute of Liver Transplantation and Regenerative Medicine, Delhi NCR, India. He was Chair of the Vanguard Committee, and currently a member of the Education and Scholarship Committee, and Development Committee of the ILTS. Dr. Bhangui\u2019s areas of research include hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal liver metastases, and living donor liver transplantation. He has several publications in key peer-reviewed international journals on these subjects, and serves on the Reviewer panel of high index factor HPB Surgery and Transplant Journals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

      Fuat Saner<\/strong>, MD, graduated from the Johannes Gutenberg Universit\u00e4t in Mainz (Germany), and completed his medical training at the Horst-Schmidt- Kliniken Hospital in Wiesbaden. His clinical and scientific interests focus on perioperative care for patients with acute and chronic liver failure and end-stage liver disease requiring liver transplantation. After moving to Essen, he became Director of the Surgical Critical Care Unit at the Department of General-, Visceral-, and Transplant Surgery at Medical Center University Duisburg-Essen. His current research investigates the causes of hemodynamic instability during and after liver transplantation, coagulation disorder in end-stage liver disease, and infection in post-liver transplantation. Dr. Saner has published widely on these topics and has given many national and international presentations on liver transplantation and the management of cirrhotic patients. He is active in the International Liver Transplantation Society (ILTS), and Liver Intensive Care Group of Europe (LICAGE, since 5\/2018 President), and the German Critical Care Society (DIVI), in the liver failure group.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

      James Fung<\/strong>, MD,\u00a0 is a Consultant and Honorary Associate Professor in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Department of Medicine; and at the Division of Liver Transplantation, Department of Surgery at Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong. He received his primary medical degree and subsequently his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He completed his specialist training at Auckland City Hospital and Middlemore Hospital. With a particular interest in transplant hepatology, he spent one year training at the New Zealand Liver Transplant Unit. Dr. Fung moved to Hong Kong in 2005 and now serves as the only dedicated transplant hepatologist in the region. He is actively affiliated with several professional bodies and is a current serving council member of the Hong Kong Association for the Study of Liver Disease. His current research interests include disease recurrence in liver transplantation, viral hepatitis, and liver fibrosis.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

      Ruwan Dissanayake<\/strong>, MD, is a transplant surgeon at the National Hospital of Sri Lanka, the country’s largest tertiary care hospital. Currently, He leads a transplant program that conducts the most extensive deceased donor program in Sri Lanka and one of two main liver transplant programs in the country. After completing liver transplant fellowships from Australian National Liver Transplant Centre at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, he returned to Sri Lanka in 2015. Since then, he has been working with the Ministry of Health of Sri Lanka to develop a countrywide deceased donor network and a liver transplant service for the country.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

      \"\"<\/td>\n\n

      Sunhawit Junrungsee<\/strong>, MD, is an Assistant Professor with the Division of Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. He also serves as secretary-general of Center for Medical Excellence \u2013 Faculty of Medicine Chiang Mai University in organ transplantation and Thai Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Society (THPBS). Dr. Junrungsee completed his liver transplant fellowship training at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Asan Medical Center, South Korea. To date, his team is the only active and sustainable living donor liver transplant program for adult patients in Thailand. His current research interests include liver transplantation, hepatobiliary surgery, and minimally invasive surgery.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
