Aims of the program are inclusive but not limited to;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Virtual Mentorship Network: Create a robust virtual mentorship network connecting experienced transplant professionals with budding professionals across the globe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research Collaboration: Foster collaborative research initiatives by connecting professionals with similar research interests, thereby accelerating advancements in the field of liver transplantation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance connection among liver transplant providers with different expertise, and different training backgrounds and different needs.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The GLTM programme aspires to elevate the standard of care worldwide, foster collaboration and innovation, and ultimately, improve patient outcomes across the globe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Areas for mentor mentee matches:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Transplant surgery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hepatology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anesthesiology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sections:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall academic development, research (clinical\/basic) Networking, Life work balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mentor criteria:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone has been in the field &gt;10 years post training or Associate Professor level or above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mentee criteria:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Priority will be given to the applicants who are within 5 years completion of their training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to apply:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please fill out and submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1fy-XfRqBut3PNgIp_dWW50PddfxR_WmA8rCdcrhApYk\/edit\">GLTM Application Form<\/a>.
